How do I prepare for this interview? What would he be looking for in this interview? I would like to prepare for this interview and need suggestions.

Kommt halt drauf an was du aus dir machst. Ca. 30-40% bleiben gefühlt Sachbearbeiter ohne Personalverantwortung aber mit richtigem Netzwerk kann man es auch zur Abteilungsleitung schaffen.

Naja…kommt drauf an von welchem Zeitraum du redest. Direkt danach wird man zu 100% keine Führungskraft mehr. Nach dem Programm konkurriert man mit den ambitionierten Sachbearbeitern genauso um die Teamlead Positionen.
Auch hier gilt also: alles kann, nichts muss. Es kommt auf dich an, egal wie du einsteigst.

Bei mir waren es die typischen HR-Fragen nach Stärken und Schwächen. Es kamen aber auch Fragen zu Führung und Verantwortung. Ein Teil war bei mir in Englisch, aber nur zwei Fragen.

das ist aber nicht mehr dasselbe Programm, sondern massiv abgeschwächt im vergleich zu vorher. Vorher war es natürlich state of the Art unter den Trainee programmen.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe (wie wahrscheinlich alle anderen auch) eine Einladung zum OA bekommen.

Ich habe ein paar Fragen dazu:

• Wie bereite ich mich am besten vor?
• Welche Fragen werden gestellt?
• Wie lange dauert es, 60 min oder 90 min?
• Was ist das Target was man erreichen muss um zu bestehen?

Hoffe ihr könnt mir da weiterhelfen ....

Ich finde es schade, dass nicht mal unterschiedliche Tätigkeitsbereiche angeboten werden. Da kann sich nicht jeder bewerben.

section titles are off, but that's what i remember:

• Self-evaluation: different questions about you and how you see yourself. Rate from totally disagree to fully agree
• 2Y Line diagrams (timed): e.g. company A, B and C share 100% of the total market. How much market does Company B own in the second year (missing in diagram). calculate from diagram
• abstract thinking, pattern recognition (timed): 3x3 field, one tile missing, choose correct one
• Self-evaluation, Attitude at work: different statements, rate from totally disagree to fully agree
• Deriving logical conclusions (timed): Premise 1, premise 2, multiple choice, one answer is correct

took me roughly 90 mins with some small breaks in between.

I have only recieved the test result (you can download it from test website). Other than that I have gotten saying I have "completed the digital pre-selection". I have applied to multiple positions.

I am not sure if this means I have "passed" the test or not.

Maybe it means you passed the test. I also applied for multiple positions but until now i got the E-Mail response only for two positions. So am thinking maybe the pre-selection requirements (Test Score) are not the same for every position.

I did not receive them at the same time. I got one two working days after taking the test (in the evening) and two three working days after taking the test (in the afternoon, a few minutes apart).

Can one edit their job submission while still being in the process? For example, I received the "Online Assessment completed-well done" email last week and no communication since, now I want to put an updated document in the submission today. It is allowing me to do so but would it impact the process? I don't know but if somebody knows, please share.

Thirst for knowledge
In this dimension you have exceeded the level expected of candidates for the target position.

Career orientation
Compared to other candidates, you consider your career orientation to be rather low.

Applied problem-solving
In this dimension you have exceeded the level expected of candidates for the target position.

Based on the critical solving etc. I think this might include the IQ test-like part aswell.

It takes some time. For me it was (I think) something like 2 days after taking the test. You should have gotten an email with a link and as password.

Look for the assessment email you must have received right before attempting the assessment. Log-in using your unique code and download the results.

No communication since. The deadline to submit applications is 14.10.2024 so I'm guessing they'll wait for complete assessments before moving further. Unless someone has received some communication following completion of Online assessment, then please do let us know and congrats in advance! :)

Was it an SHL test? if so, the results should be provided as soon as all apllicants have completed (a friend of mine did the test at vodafone the last moment possible, only then we got the results...).

BTW as per the website, there will be an AC in December for those who pass the 30-minute online interview. That is wrong. The AC will be in the first week of December. You will hear from them if you are invited starting from week 46.

Ich schalte mich mal auf Deutsch dazwischen. Ich komme aus der Gegend Sindelfingen und ein Bekannter (E4 in SiFi) hat mir jetzt erzählt, dass die Trainees oft schon etwa ein Jahr Berufserfahrung haben (nicht bei MB, aber oft Consulting o.Ä.).

BE ist natürlich wertvoll, aber es müssten doch auch „normale“ Absolventen noch eine Chance haben, oder? Vielleicht hat hier jemand ein paar Einblicke..
