hab heute ne mail bekommen dass „due to unforeseen circumstances, the role of SGP @ Digital Industries (for xyz) has been withdrawn“ also glaube der Job, für den ich eingeteilt wurde, wird nicht mehr besetzt :(

Das tut mir leid zu hören, wünsche dir für weitere Prozesse alles gute!

Ich hatte auch schon im Hinterkopf den Gedanken, dass evtl. gar keine Stellen besetzt werden im Rahmen von Effizienzprogrammen zur KOsteneinsparung..

wie schade! Das tut mir leid für dich... weißt du noch, für welchen Bereich das galt? Jetzt habe ich glatt Sorge um meine Stelle... Ich hoffe, du findest was anderes gutes!

Es sieht so aus, dass du Assessment nächste Woche am 17.09. + 18.09 hast. Wie sieht es bei deiner Vorbereitung soweit aus? :)

Ich arbeite an meiner Aufgabe, die wir als PDF bekommen und schaue mir ein paar Videos über ACs an. Mehr weiß ich nicht so recht, aber ich denke man kann es nicht groß vorbereiten.Die beste Vorbereitung ist wahrscheinlich, andere ACs davor zu machen :D bist du auch nächste Woche dran?

SMO hat erneut ihr Graduiertenprogramm ausgeschrieben ...

Man wartet wochenlang und erfährt dann, dass die Stelle wieder online ist, anstatt eine E-Mail zu schreiben, dass es nicht geklappt hat.
Es ist wirklich ärgerlich!

Sehe keinen Sinn, die Stellen neu auszuschreiben, wenn zig geeignete Kandidaten, die das online assessment erfolgreich absolviert haben, im System noch in der Pipeline sind. (Mobility Stelle)

Der Status ist ja immernoch in „In Bearbeitung“

Generally they would take longer than 1 week and there is defined duration. I have applied for a position in July mid and got invtiation in the first week of september. So I think you would need to wait a bit more longer to hear back from them.

I have been also looking forward to the Hiring Manager since end of July, and I have not received any feedback so far. Germany economy seems to be getting challenged this time, and so companies like Siemens do face the same. I hope they will quickly get better soon, and so many of applicants here may receive as many offers as possible. Good luck to everyone!! 😊

Is getting invited to the online assessment a good sign? Or do they invite everyone to the test, and then screen after that?
I got 2 2 4 for my test. Is that a bad sign? Or are the scores not super critical?
How long do they take to get back after the online assessment is done?

Getting invited to the online assessment is a good sign. But I guess nothing can be said about the scores. I know people with lower score going into the next round and people with higher score getting rejected. And I am already waiting to hear back from them regarding the next step after online assessment since August 1st week.

Yes, all they say is that they have received so many applications and recruiting is taking longer than it usually does. Honestly, I guess there are many other people in this thread waiting for a response after the online assessment since many weeks.

I have been also waiting for almost 2 months. A couple of weeks ago someone above said that it's August and so HR was on holiday, though. So yes, I think we should contact HR.

so far not for me. I have been waiting since end of July till now. Perhaps there is no recruitment this year.

I’m the one with the Big Tech offers. I completed the online assessment at the beginning of July, and today, three months later, I received an email saying that I’m now in the internal screening phase. After that, I may be invited to the assessment center.

I got an update today that my application is being screened by the departements and if no match is found they will not proceed with my application. Which makes 0 sence t ome but let's wait and seee.
